Experienced Surfer – Must be an active and skilled surfer.
Certified Coach – Possess a valid Surf Coach License.
Strong Communication Skills – Fluent in English with excellent instructional abilities.

Flexible Schedule – Willing to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, with daily availability for at least one 2-hour shift (June – September).
Personal Equipment – Must have own wetsuit and boots.

Provide safe and effective surf instruction to students of different surfing levels, from beginners to intermediate surfers.
Lead group and private surf lessons, as well as surf coaching, demonstrating proper techniques, and providing constructive feedback.
Ensure the safety of all participants by following established safety protocols and closely monitoring ocean conditions.
Educate students about ocean safety, surfing etiquette, and environmental and sustainability awareness.
Maintain surfing equipment and ensure its proper use.
Create a positive and encouraging learning environment for all students.
Assist with operational tasks, such as removing surfing equipment from the van, which is already properly segmented and organized for each student, and storing it after the surf service is completed.
