Experienced Surfer – Must be an active and skilled surfer.
Certified Coach – Possess a valid Surf Coach License (if you don’t have one but have strong experience, explain in your application)
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to instruct and connect with students confidently in English is essential.
Versatile Instructor – Able to teach from beginner to advanced techniques.

Provide safe and effective surf instruction to students of different surfing levels, from beginners to intermediate surfers.
Create a fun and supportive environment where students feel confident and inspired.
Lead group and private surf lessons, as well as surf coaching, demonstrating proper techniques, and providing constructive feedback.
Ensure the safety of all participants by following established safety protocols and closely monitoring ocean conditions.
Educate students about ocean safety, surfing etiquette, and environmental and sustainability awareness.
Maintain surfing equipment and ensure its proper use.
Assist with operational tasks, such as removing surfing equipment from the van, which is already properly segmented and organized for each student, and storing it after the surf service is completed.
