OUR HIRING PLAN
We keep our hiring process simple and straightforward! Here’s what happens when you apply for a Surf Coach position:
1. Submit Your Application
Include your CV, certifications, details about your surfing experience, coaching background, and availability.
2. Initial Interview & Meeting Scheduling
If your application meets our requirements, we’ll reach out for a short interview to get to know you, your skills, and your passion for surf coaching.
3. In-Person Meeting with Our Surf Team Manager
This is the final step, giving you the chance to meet the Head Coach, discuss the role, expectations, and your coaching approach.
4. Decision & Offer
After the meeting, we’ll review your fit for the role. If selected, you’ll receive a formal offer outlining the position, benefits, and next steps.
