Provide safe and engaging surf instruction for students of different levels, from beginners to intermediate, based on your coaching abilities.
Lead group and private surf lessons, as well as surf coaching, demonstrating proper techniques, and providing constructive feedback.
Ensure the safety of all participants by following established safety protocols and monitoring ocean conditions closely.
Educate students about ocean safety, surfing etiquette, and environmental and sustainability awareness.
Maintain and care for surf equipment, ensuring it’s used correctly.
Create a fun and supportive environment where students feel confident and inspired.
Assist with operational tasks, such as removing surfing equipment from the van, which is already properly segmented and organized for each student, and storing it after the surf service is completed.
